DO YOU OFFER AFTER HOURS PICK-UP/DROP-OFF FOR BOARDING?

After Hours pickup is available by appointment only. We have free pickup during regular business hours and from Sunday 6-7 pm. (HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED):

On holidays and at any other time outside of business hours a $40 fee is charged to compensate staff for time away from their family.

HOW MUCH IS BOARDING AND DAYCARE?

This depends on length of stay. Longer stays (3 or more days) do receive a discount off the nightly rate. Boarding is billed on a nightly basis. For example, if a single pet arrives on Monday and leaves Tuesday before 10 am the charge would be $28 for a pet staying in a run. If the pet goes home after 10 am the price would be $43 (due to the extended stay)

PAYMENT PLANS

At Heritage Animal Hospital we have pets of our own and we know that, unfortunately, emergencies happen. In an effort to help in those situations we offer interest free payment plans via CareCredit. For more information and to apply go to: carecredit.com

Any other payment arrangements must be discussed and approved with the practice manager before services are rendered.

BILLING

In the rare event that billing is permited the following applies:

*A finance charge of 3% per month (36% per year) interest with a minimum charge of $5.00 on all outstanding account balances after the first 30 days.

*Delinquent accounts/ accounts 30 days past due: Heritage Animal Hospital may relinquish your balance owed to an outside collection agency. In the event that any balance is referred to an outside collection agency a collection referral fee of 40% will be added to the amount owed.

*While attempts at communication to discuss payment of a bill may be made it is NOT H.A.H.'s responsibility to arrange for payment. Ultimately the account holder is responsible to communicate with H.A.H. and to pay their bill. In the event that this does not occur, delinquent accounts may be sent to collections without notice.

*Heritage Animal Hospital charges $25 for checks returned unpaid.
